Surrounded by the famous Prana Anjuna Restaurant, Baba Au Rhum, and lush greenery, this vibrant villa is perfect for guests of all ages. With four bedrooms equipped with king-sized beds, Smart TVs, AC, Wi-Fi, backup inverter, and high-speed internet, guests can enjoy comfort and technology while staying in a serene environment. Each bedroom features an attached bathroom with electric geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. The living room on the ground floor is air-conditioned and equipped with a sofa set and dining table leading to other common areas. Additionally, guests can use the kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cookware, gas stove, water purifier, and other essentials, to prepare their meals. A private patio is also available for small celebrations, dining, or recreation.

Rules and Regulations
  • It is not allowed to include more people in the rental property than stated in the booking confirmation. Extra charges will apply at ₹ 5,000 per person per night, if at all it is within the hosting capacity of the villa.
  • Use safety lockers for valuables. The management and staff are unable to assume responsibility in case of any misplaced items.
  • If any keys are lost, the lock cylinders will be replaced by the locksmith for safety reasons and same will be billed as actuals.
  • All staff must have at least 10 hours per 24 hours rest time. From 1 am to 7 am, all staff must retire to their rooms.

Cancellation Policy
  • 100% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 45 days before the check in date.
  • 75% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 30-44 days before the check in date.
  • 50% refund will be given if booking is cancelled 29-15 days before the check in date.
  • No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 15 days before the check in date.
  • Lockdown in city of origin & Goa - 100% refund
