The Villa is a luxurious 4-bedroom private villa located in the peaceful village of Sangolda. This village is famous for its old Portuguese houses surrounded by coconut and mango groves and paddy fields. The Villa is 5 km away from Panjim and Fontainhas, where you can find heritage sights, and just a 15-minute drive from the famous beaches of Calangute, Baga, and Candolim. The Villa has modern amenities, including a Smart TV, patio, pool, grill, and full-time caretakers. It is also close to supermarkets, restaurants, and a mall in Porvorim. The Villa is a restored old Portuguese mansion called Bella Vista Estate, and an extra floor was added to make it a 4-bedroom villa, including a separate house that faces the long pool in the courtyard. The interiors of the Villa were designed by famous German Designer Ute Shutz and have her distinctive style.

Rules and Regulations
- It is not allowed to include more people in the rental property than stated in the booking confirmation. Extra charges will apply at ₹ 5,000 per person per night, if at all it is within the hosting capacity of the villa.
- Use safety lockers for valuables. The management and staff are unable to assume responsibility in case of any misplaced items.
- If any keys are lost, the lock cylinders will be replaced by the locksmith for safety reasons and same will be billed as actuals.
- All staff must have at least 10 hours per 24 hours rest time. From 1 am to 7 am, all staff must retire to their rooms.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 45 days before the check in date.
- 75% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 30-44 days before the check in date.
- 50% refund will be given if booking is cancelled 29-15 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 15 days before the check in date.
- Lockdown in city of origin & Goa - 100% refund
