This fantastic 5-bedroom villa is located on a hill and offers a beautiful view from every angle. The interior and exterior of the villa are charming and stylish. The sandy color of the villa makes you feel like you are at the beach in Goa, and the many trees and plants around the villa create a tropical paradise. There is a jacuzzi outside and a bar by the pool, making it hard to resist taking a swim or enjoying a drink while taking in the view of the forest. In the evening, people often gather at the gazebo by the pool. The villa is very comfortable, with everything you need, including great bathroom fixtures and comfortable beds. The kitchen is open and modern, with a wine fridge, coffee machine, grill, steamer, and both traditional ovens and stove. Whether you have a chef or want to cook yourself, you will have a great dining experience.

Rules and Regulations
  • It is not allowed to include more people in the rental property than stated in the booking confirmation. Extra charges will apply at ₹ 5,000 per person per night, if at all it is within the hosting capacity of the villa.
  • Use safety lockers for valuables. The management and staff are unable to assume responsibility in case of any misplaced items.
  • If any keys are lost, the lock cylinders will be replaced by the locksmith for safety reasons and same will be billed as actuals.
  • All staff must have at least 10 hours per 24 hours rest time. From 1 am to 7 am, all staff must retire to their rooms.

Cancellation Policy
  • 100% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 45 days before the check in date.
  • 75% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 30-44 days before the check in date.
  • 50% refund will be given if booking is cancelled 29-15 days before the check in date.
  • No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 15 days before the check in date.
  • Lockdown in city of origin & Goa - 100% refund
