Rules and Regulations
- It is not allowed to include more people in the rental property than stated in the booking confirmation. Extra charges will apply at ₹ 5,000 per person per night, if at all it is within the hosting capacity of the villa.
- Use safety lockers for valuables. The management and staff are unable to assume responsibility in case of any misplaced items.
- If any keys are lost, the lock cylinders will be replaced by the locksmith for safety reasons and same will be billed as actuals.
- All staff must have at least 10 hours per 24 hours rest time. From 1 am to 7 am, all staff must retire to their rooms.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 45 days before the check in date.
- 75% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 30-44 days before the check in date.
- 50% refund will be given if booking is cancelled 29-15 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 15 days before the check in date.
- Lockdown in city of origin & Goa - 100% refund
